Overall an easy role and a good place for someone to get started in tech/SaaS. Not much focus on growing soft skills or training. Very much a sink or swim organization.

My overall experience was that it's a great product that not very many people know about because their motto is spreading by word of mouth. I found the culture to be toxic and if one manager doesn't like you, they all don't like you. Promotions / layoffs were given not based on performance but by who management liked.
