Former Employee No sales enablement team, just one new hire for sales enablement. Almost no quality inbound leads, marketing team is not aligned with sales team at all. Turnover with most recent sales VP and CRO decided to step up instead. Laid off entire BDR team in Toronto. There’s a lot of emphasis on booking meetings but commission is only on attended and qualified. Managers are nice but there is a lot of push for results and bookings from sales team when there is little to no support from other teams to help enable this. Having a budget for targeted gifting vs doing the $50 gift card marketing campaign would have helped sales out so much. Browse Other Reviews
