Direct Management is genuinely focused on my success but a few steps above seems to be numbers-focused since there is no relationship. There is a great work culture and great employees we work with at every level. It takes time to make an impact so stick with being your best, learn every day and keep making progress towards bringing value to the customer base and the company and success will follow.
