High tech company with low tech sales support. Many barriers to your success including lack of: sales support, sales tools for outreach, must qualify monthly to be on the inbound lead list and ability to go to trade shows, product is more expensive than what 85% of your vertical can afford. You are a glorified BDR. Veteran reps are rewarded very well! However, less than 50% of reps actually sell a deal each month.

My experience at Scorpion was positive. I surpassed sales goals and secured a key client. Strong leadership fostered skill development in communication and negotiation. Limited CRM tools hindered lead tracking. Overall, the competitive environment pushed me to excel, but growth opportunities within the company were scarce.

Terrible leads with a high quota. They train really well but there are so many different groups you can be put into with different strategies and techniques. And the waits in the same for each group even if some groups have less leads or success than others.
