Current Employee Management/hiring team is intentionally misleading with a few things. They will commit to 6 months training but in reality it is whenever it is convenient for them that you are able to move out of training. Secondly, the position is NOT base + compensation as advertised. They will tell you that it is but how it works is that once you go into sales you do not make more money until your average commissions would exceed your salary. Once you then flip you are forced to pay back the company all of the salary they have paid you since entering sales. In essence you work for free until you reach a level of success that could take many months or even a more than a year.
