Comp structure does not allow for reps to be compensated A) fairly or B) timely. OTE is a phantom number. Reps did not make their predetermined OTE in 2024. Sales leadership is made up of great people but sub par managers/leaders. Use this job as a stepping stone to your next one to hold you over for 6-12 months as the right role arises. Second Nature is NOT a software. This is a company that manages services for customers. Services as a service. Playing telephone between benefits providers and customers. New service launches are announced while not actually sellable or live within ecosystem. Be mindful of harmonious tone and excellent culture bragging. While this place has some of the best people on the planet - leadership and middle managers will continue to churn AEs/SDRs/CSMs at this alarming rate. Make sure to negotiate a bonus to make sure some money comes in intermittently.

Increasing quotas, shrinking territories, shift to being based in your territory, and in-person field/office visits weekly. Not even an actual software company (yet) selling services to property managers (Brokers). Not a bad experience overall, would rate it a solid 6/10

Pretty bad and disorganized leadership who don't understand the product (even though its a simple product).
