Overall, the Sales Organization is a solid "okay." The constant tweaking of commissions is frustrating and costs the company some of the best sellers. The leadership at the top views sellers as a dime-a-dozen but doesn't recognize that turnover and poor hiring lead to lost deals and slower growth.

Excellent product, fierce CEO and leadership that will do everything in its power to keep the company growing. Things change rapidly, as they should. Top 20-25% of the reps do very well here.

It's a good product, but hard to sell to small and medium sized companies since for them it's more of a nice to have. The leadership team cares and tries their best, but there are a number of issues never seem to get resolved and sometimes when push came to shove it became apparent that the real focus was on profits, metrics, and pleasing investors.
