Former Employee good pay and benefits. flexibility and autonomy (depends on the manager) from working from home.
the leads are really really bad. Most people are tricked into getting transferred to you by being promised a monthly food card. shady and feels bad.
corporations culture is good and they have a lot of good folks working there. you can make good money but be prepared for it to feel a little icky
