Current Employee This sales role provided valuable experience, but the pressure was intense. Quotas were aggressive, and management expected consistent overperformance. While the commission structure was promising, hitting targets required long hours and constant prospecting. The training was decent, but hands-on learning was the real teacher. The work environment was competitive, which could be motivating or stressful, depending on the day. That said, I gained strong skills in negotiation, CRM management, and pipeline building.
