Culture is telling, groups are siloed. Compensation is below market rates, leadership refuses to acknowledge and people are leaving consistently because of it. Product is great but consistent issues with implementation that keep sales reps from being able to sell more.

My overall experience was very eye-opening. It taught me to relentlessly vet out the next org I joined, although it's easy for management to lie during the interview process.
