Former Employee1.7Feb 14, 2025It was good for a while. Their senior leadership is extremely out of touch with the realities of how the business operates and the market. Top perfomers have all left and leadership could not care less. The service organization is being hamstrung by the incompetence at the top and there is no longer anything Service Express does better than it's competitors.
