Great to start but the culture and growth strategy shifted after selling from on PE firm to another. Took on an identity of Big Tech with an addition of an Adobe leader and started shedding the sales team.

It was good for a while. Their senior leadership is extremely out of touch with the realities of how the business operates and the market. Top perfomers have all left and leadership could not care less. The service organization is being hamstrung by the incompetence at the top and there is no longer anything Service Express does better than it's competitors.
