They only care about setting and holding meetings. Could careless if they are qualified or if you are bringing in opportunities.

It’s been good. Lots of changes to leadership, but for the better. Still too early to tell. Recent changes to the SDR org should make them book real meetings, because they’re only compensated for opps generated, but we’ll see. SDRs are hit or miss.
