Great culture that is now starting to slip a lot. Not very competitive on the pay, but this position can open up so many other opportunities throughout the rest of the company. Overall I think they are a good company, but not great. They used to be on the track to greatness, but leadership lacks cohesion with the rest of sales.

The company culture has been on an aggressive downhill trajectory over the past 12-24 months. Top performers are leaving with zero care from leadership with no interest to improve in any category.
