2 good managers in the entire org, upper leadership is extremely poor everything is contingent on your book of business month CMRR quota - treat every month like its eoq can be hard to sell to your customers when other business partners don't do their jobs well extremely high turnover rate within the org everything is constantly changing so must be willing to adapt
