Overall experience has been pretty good so far. Definitely a grind but there is potential to succeed. Leads have been a little rough and the rules on opportunities flipping are not favorable to SDRs. Lots of factors that can disqualify all your hard work. That's probably the biggest downfall I've experienced.

Pretty decent company, tough if you aren't hitting quota. cYou are either thriving or drowning.. no real in between. Great benefits, pretty decent leadership if your manager is good. I'm an SDR. This company was great to work for until about March 2023. A lot of changes happened that made consistent quota attainment unrealistic and leadership adopted a "fire fast" mentality.
