Current Employee Great Base Pay for an entry level SDR. Higher than most competing tech company’s.
- SQOs are heavily influenced by AE running a demo and will do the most to discredit an opp if not meeting full ICP.
No real AE/SDR alignment and feels more of a battle.
- Leadership can do better. No real structure or guidelines to promotion path outside or into a closing role
- High Management Turnover
Overall a great role (base) especially for new grads entering into the tech space. If you have thick skin you can survive
Recommendation to leadership and management: Update leads, often too recycled, have a clear promotion path and collaboration with AEs
