You can’t prospect your own leads and are given leads that have been cycled thru the organization for years and they don’t fit ICP, and because of that you’re set up to fail. Most SDR’s don’t make it past the 6 month mark, they either get fired or quit when they finally see through the smoke. Don’t work here.
