Terrible place to work. It’s a revolving door as an SDR. You can’t prospect your own leads and are given leads that have been cycled thru the organization for years and they don’t fit ICP, and because of that you’re set up to fail. Most SDR’s don’t make it past the 6 month mark, they either get fired or quit when they finally see through the smoke. Don’t work here.

Great company and product and work with great people. The pay is low and on top of that the structure of how they qualifed meetings is constantly an uphill battle. The pay is good, I am not so sure about commission as this is something they are so secretive with and have never gone over.
