They recently went public and are growing and making changes so that they can align with the industry more. They’ll do what they can to help you be successful but they are a few years away from being able to say they’re one of the best places to work.

Servicetitan is a good company when it comes to benefits like health insurance, RSU's, and base salary. However, I feel that the software is overpriced and the lead quality is extremely low.
