ServiceTitan is a good place to build skills and grow early in your career. Onboarding is pretty standard. You’ll get HR led training and then more hands on training with your immediate team. Where your experience really differs is with your manager and the org you land in. A supportive manager makes a huge difference, but leadership can also be negative or micromanaging at times, and there’s definitely favoritism that becomes obvious once you’ve been here for a while. In terms of culture, ServiceTitan has room to improve. Some orgs seem to favor men or women depending on the team, and overall diversity at the leadership level is lacking. Most leaders are white, which is common in tech, but it would be good to see more people of color in leadership or AE roles instead of just entry-level positions. Career growth exists, but it isn’t consistent across the company. Pay and benefits are competitive, and if you’re motivated and land with the right team, it can be a rewarding experience. The product market fit is not the best, but also not the worst. Since ServiceTitan has gone public, there have been many internal changes that have negatively impacted morale.
