No one is hitting quota. Top performers are leaving the company in massive waves, they don’t promote anyone out of the SDR org unless you’ve been there minimum 2 years. You only hit quota if you’re lucky. No one is consistent with quota attainment.

Great company, great people, great software. Culture felt forced for the most part, a bit like a teeshirt club. Lack of accountability left and right that consistently created challenges for many folks. The leadership team is special, some of the sharpest people I’ve ever worked alongside of.

They give you a good amount of training and YOU WILL NEED IT. The leads are recycled a bit, but that's with any company. They hire and fire a lot, so keep that in mind. The AE's have a decent amount of discretion to disqualify your booked meetings for multiple reasons. You must book your meetings with precise details.
