No one is hitting quota. Top performers are leaving the company in massive waves, they don’t promote anyone out of the SDR org unless you’ve been there minimum 2 years. You only hit quota if you’re lucky. No one is consistent with quota attainment.

Used to REALLY REALLY like it here. I still feel like it is better than most places, but with the changes after the layoffs in Feb, I'm less thrilled with the org.
