It was a great company with some awesome individuals. I truly believe I joined the company at a transitional period which was quite a difficult adjustment for the organization. Middle management was not held accountable for shortcomings leading to very high turnover in customer facing positions.

Really discouraging and disappointing. The leadership within the sales department are dated and micromanage every second of your day.

My experience has been well so far, the only issue I see is the leads given to us can be recycled. It makes it difficult to get new opportunities.
