If you are looking to transition from transactional sales to tech sales ServiceTrade is a great company to join. However once you join prove yourself and develop tenure you will find yourself looking for other opportunities mainly due to the lack of base pay, corporate politics, and the market being very competitive (buildops, ServiceTitan, Status Quo)

I took this job rather than pursue an MBA. Specifically I wanted to fully own my sales skill set. The VP of sales was a badass that whooped me into shape. Eventually I wanted more money and they were not able to deliver, but I would assume things have changed since then.

My overall experience was a little chaotic. Is it telling that such a large percentage of google reviews were left by employees? Do these employees have equity, intense pride in the product, or is it something else?
