The CEO was absolutely phenomenal but the leader of the Enterprise team is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire sales career. If you are interviewing for that role - I strongly suggest you go with your other options for a different company. The company offers nice perks and compensation but her poor leadership far outweighs the great things the company provides. If you are not looking for an Enterprise role there, you will enjoy the other teams!

The company prioritizes the senior representatives. There are no realistic spiff opportunities and a clear lack of support from management. Marketing and the SDR teams lack to generate many opportunities and ones that are generated are often unqualified. There is not a lot of organization within the business structure and often a lack of accountability.
