AE role is self supported, fully outbound in a challenging market. 1-2 reps have made it work over the years, but the company has never found a way to transfer that success to incoming reps. In many ways it mirrors founder led sales. It would take someone with a lot of full cycle enterprise experience and industry specific network to come in and be successful
