Great people, great focus, niche product, simple tech, smart value proposition, clean straightforward sales process and forecasting, strong enablement, too much tooling for experienced/smart enough reps, small to medium impact on customer’s business, building long successful customer relationships yet struggling to acquire enough new ones for a few years now.

Solid people, terrible product that continues to go nowhere. ID.me dominates the marketplace, SheerID is a sinking ship.

With only one product to sell that has no true value to the customer, I would not recommend SheerID as a place to work for anyone in sales or CS.
