Not a great place for sales. Corporate and a lot of variability on your success within territory. Plant explosion in TX delayed manufacturing. Basically, to succeed, you need to politic with upper management

My experience was good until it wasn’t. Very tough work/life balance and an emphasis on overworking. Great coworkers and management tries their best, but it’s a grind not worth the stress.

This company didn't operate with honesty or integrity about goals or career development. I hit President's club for most of my career but was overlooked due to other candidates that "Fit the Culture" profile better. Typical good old boy network that advances people related to who's friends with who. I think it would be better to work for another company or another...Read More
