Former Employee ShipHawk has a "someone must be at fault" culture. It can be rewarding as there are great team members who deal with the pressure. I would recommend to anyone considering a role here to make sure you understand the ramp. I have seen then fire new reps FAST because they "feel" like they won't be successful long-term. Honestly, ShipHawk is the most pressure I have ever felt from a job ever. The leadership can be very challenging and tends to lean on you with a lot of pressure. Just make sure you are fully aware of every detail before starting here.
