The CRO is incompetent and so are the hiring managers. They hire to fire and talk about equity while ruining people’s lives every bad quarter. Product might fit but only when interest rates are zero. Basically slaves to existing customers.

My overall experience here has been positive. I feel like the people in management are great to work with and very understanding, respectively especially as a new Enterprise sales person in the role. It takes time to build your book of business, but once it’s built, it’s very sticky.

Things are changing in the org, new leadership lacks knowledge and is constantly pushing reps like you are in the commercial or SMB market. Lacks transparency and not many trainings are provided or opportunities to grow. DISW is no longer what it was before in Canada.

There's good sales culture at Siemens. Like many big companies, the different divisions don't work together perfectly. I'd say they do a middling job of that. Good culture. leadership is a good resource on closing deals.
