Pretty awful from the start. Clear politics going on amongst leadership where managers distribute accounts and leads based on preference. If you want to be successful here you need to be VERY lucky.

Still relatively new but the experience has been good and rewarding so far. It started out well but things are getting more politicky and "pick me" type of culture. Almost no inbound / marketing support, but the product is very good.
