Current Employee The quota is reliant on hitting one or two big whales throughout the year. Otherwise, it is challenging, since there are not so many companies to sell that have a high ACV. On another matter, the market is not actively seeking this type of solution, as they are satisfied with what they have (the biggest sale is not against competitors, but rather against the status quo). Finally, in order to receive 100% of your variable, it may take for more than a year after signing a contract, which makes it less motivating.
