What we signed on for initially changed drastically within the first year. We went from solving an industry challenge to literally throwing money at it to generate revenue at an unsustainable clip. Very much enjoyed the people I worked with on a day to day basis. Ultimately the direction of the company was out of the hands of leadership's hands. It's ok, it happens. Wildly grateful for my time there and will leverage the experience moving forward. Thank you.

Software product market fit is not there to meet quota. Reps with the best territories are selling lots of software deals. Financial offering is decent, however, reps are subject to internal processes and check lists. Little to no support post sales.
