I have a great manager and team. There is lots of room for improvement regarding onboarding and product training. The focus is mainly on growing existing accounts and less on new logos so it feels like more of an Account Manager role. You get dinged on churn (it’s subtracted from your sales) so there is a lot of focus on renewals and customer success.

It was a great place to start out. Right about the 300th hire, I got to help build a ton, but as it scaled it fell apart. The product is great, but not a necessity to run most businesses.
