Horrible company has no strategic vision and account reps are set up to fail instead of to succeed. Leadership is non existent and trying to micro manage the US team from Tel Aviv while not understanding the pain points of customers or the product. very few can ever hit quote or OTE, extremely toxic company

The company is going through a lot of change right now and new leadership has their heart in the right place. However, theres a lack of product market fit with exception to a few select industries / verticals. New sales roles are tough here as a result. Upsell roles are much easier here (assuming you get an ok book of business)

They do not offer pay raises, which discourages individuals from seeking promotions. Many talented employees leave after being promoted to join a company offering a better salary.
