Used to be such a great company to work for but the amount of leadership changes, over-complication of sales processes and new toxic culture has eroded any and all job satisfaction. New sales support resources are highly egotistical and lack context. There is a toxic narrative that "salespeople are lazy, ineffective, and can't execute" that has been circulating in leadership as a deflection from their own poor performance and planning.

I had a very disappointing experience at Simpplr. Senior leadership is completely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. They do nothing to support SDR’s - while constantly raising quotas and / or going through quarters without a comp plan. Marketing provides no leads and pushes out subpar webinars no one attends. GREAT market fit, lots of experienced employees and top notch CSM Team and customers love the platform. Lots of turn-over had many questioning leadership, but future is looking up and room for improvement is possible, if they listen to their employees. Hopeful, yet TBD.
