Current Employee2.9Aug 24, 2025Simpplr has really great people that want to do well but is lacking the direction needed to thrive in this market. There have been a lot of layoffs in nearly every department which has caused a lot of uncertainty across the board. The company is very AI focused, I am optimistic that they will continue to lead that front in the employee communications space.
