Decent product and pay, leadership was good under previous CRO but the culture and sales org has spiraled since the changing of the guard.

Learning a lot in the sales world but no room to grow. Very disorganized, leadership is a mess/always changing. Mass layoffs several times this past year. Never know what may happen next.

Robust product. Despite large capabilities, it’s still a niche market. Interesting use cases and customer’s discussion because the solution has a strong impact when you are on the Sweet spot. Very competitive market.

It was a good learning experience, but when mass layoffs happened here, there was no warning or transparency, and severance was only three weeks.
