The Sales team has seen some attrition over the last year (as in most software companies) and those reps have not been replaced.  The end result is a smaller sales team with a lot more opportunity.  This is a great time to join as we have a new CEO and there's a massive amount of opportunity for each rep (especially compared to a year ago).  But because we are cash-flow positive and not relying on Venture Capital money to survive, it's a good place to be long term with a great value proposition in a very specific niche market where there is clear ROI (and you're not just selling to IT all the time).  I'm not sure about the previous comment re: health issues -- but my experience here has been the opposite -- they are always willing to allow time off especially for family and health reasons (unless it's quarter end -- but that's true everywhere).

20% is pretty spot on. Those 20% are, for the most part, reps who have been with the company for multiple years. They raised everyone’s quota from $600k to $800k at the start of 2023 while simultaneously dropping everyone’s commission rate from 20% to 15%. In the midst of a tech recession = turnover
