Experience has been valuable but over the last year, everything has taken a nose dive. Leadership is not reliable, employees do not feel confident in the direction the company is going. Sales teams are scraping by, massive amounts of turnover… Multiple rounds of layoffs, and morale is severely low. CS has had 6 different VP leaders in 2 years. It’s all smoke and mirrors

Great place to learn to sell because the product is VERY hard to sell. The people you work with are great but management is terrible. Ever since the new CEO stepped in, the company has had an identity crisis. There is a ton of leadership turnover and the morale of the sales team is at an all-time low.
