New CEO in Apr 23, formerly CTO/CPO. Executive team has churned 3X in two years. New product launched at mid-year is promising, but not yet producing any inbound. New Global CRO started Oct 23 who is reorging sales team. Marketing is challenged to compete with much larger competitors and multiple "new" products. Current product strategy is generic while larger competitors have industry verticals with associated collaterals and expertise. It's important to find the fastest path to success for the new product.

The company is going through challenging times and I'm not sure whether the strategy is right for future success. Too few AEs are hitting target and too much time is spent helping with renewals and trying to avoid churn, at the sacrifice of finding and closing new business.
