Former Employee3.6Jun 3, 2025Overall experience was okay. I was a remote worker, with little to no leadership or guidance. My manager changed 8 times in 2 and a half years. Alot of self starter attitude required. Senior leadership also kept changing, comp plans were changed and no real explanations given.

Too few AEs are hitting target and too much time is spent helping with renewals and trying to avoid churn, at the sacrifice of finding and closing new business.
