Split sales organization into new logo acquisition and account management teams in July 2024 (FY start) and it has taken longer than expected for the new logo motion to pick up. Good movement in the last few months and expecting pick up in deals closing in Q4 and going into next FY.

Entire C suite was sacked. 50/50 on new leadership. 25% staff fired in last 4 months trying to undo prior managements mistakes. Company blew getting acquired several times

For SDRs there is no training and development, we're on our own. When we ask, we're told we have access to LI Learning. Turnover is high (in the US). Then to hit our insanely high monthly quotas many SDRs were searching & buying RFPs. RVPs don't want to hire SDRs for AE positions (It's been 2 years since an SDR got promoted to an Account Executive role).
