This was a fairly stress free workplace. However, there is little to no way to hit your overall number unless you somehow get a bluebird or they let you run some sales play that doesn't net the company any money other than better margin.

Sitecore has been a much better employer than my previous employer. The GTM model has allowed me to jump quite far in my career. There is a reason people seem to boomerang back to the company I think. The grass does seem to be greener elsewhere but it often isn’t!

Unbalanced territory assignments globally. Favouritism, outdated management practices to drive performance , strange culture and feels like last century overall

For SDRs there is no training and development, we're on our own. When we ask, we're told we have access to LI Learning. Turnover is high (in the US). Then to hit our insanely high monthly quotas many SDRs were searching & buying RFPs. RVPs don't want to hire SDRs for AE positions (It's been 2 years since an SDR got promoted to an Account Executive role).
