Decent company going through a switch from a web accessibility focused organization to content optimization. Sellers and account managers knew little about digital marketing/content optimization, which led to poor discovery and more for a SE to handle. Variable was based on company performance - poor structure. Very low base and OTE compared to other tech companies. Low base was driven by Nordic influence.

My overall experience at Siteimprove has been average. Some people are idiots. Some are great. It really depends because there are both types of people on every team. Office has an ok vibe. Some people take it too seriously and some don’t care at all. Management is fine, really depends on who your manager is. Some managers are non existent and some are micromanagers.
