My overall experience has been great, though there have been challenges for many throughout all the change that has happened. I've been here a few years and have been rewarded for hard work. Recognition and collaboration are solid here. Learning all of the products can be a challenge for some. But a recent acquisition means exciting times for Siteimprove.

Entire teams were turned over MULTIPLE time due to poor leadership decisions from the CEO. Spooky, 4-5 people ‘layoffs’ for WEEKS at a time. Product is a nice-to-have. Enterprise AEs aren’t closing as many major deals.

The company restructured multiple times, longstanding sellers were given opportunities to work on, no cohesion. Training extremely lacking, lots of personalities in senior roles from the same company who enjoyed the sound of their own voice and patting each others' backs
