Former Employee Leadership is disengaged, uninspired, and indifferent to company culture. They speak in lofty terms but show little understanding of how to grow market share, and the lack of solid business fundamentals is glaring. Quotas are set unrealistically high, churn is rampant, and while the product has potential, it is over-engineered in ways that make it more frustrating than innovative. Leadership operates with outdated mindsets, unable to pivot or think strategically in a dynamic market. Unless you are stuck in the low paying world of the geospatial field, there’s little reason to join Skydio unless you’re focused on federal or SLED accounts.
