Former Employee3.1Dec 13, 2023Incredibly tough place to be a seller > over-inflated targets, lack of market understanding about the product and poor go-to-market with Salesforce means hitting targets is near impossible. You need to land a worldie account in your territory who want to go wall-to-wall on Slack in order to stand a chance of making money.

Innovation has been focussed on integrating with Salesforce, which has not paid off yet.
