Salesforce has a terrible GTM strategy with Slack and they are bringing in more and more Salesforce employees and leaders that are ruining the culture. Slack culture used to be amazing, but now we're just part of the "Ohana" and it's terrible.

There are already plans to address this next year and it’s expected that this will increase the opportunity for reps to hit and blow past quota. Better days ahead
