Hello, I have been approached by Slalom for 2 roles (Sr. Sales Exec and Client Partner - Director). I am an ex-IBM technical sales and considering this organization. But have read mix review, can anyone guide how achievables are sales quotas ? Also can I put a signing = bonus 1st yr bonus ?
